ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL once burning process has begun.  Up to 50% of deposit can be refunded if ordered is cancelled before burning process has begun.

If any hats are damaged during shipping process you must reach out within 10 days of delivery date with images.  We will make it right.
